What changed

BACARS 10.7.4

  • Flight history fuel used now uses measured PSX departure and arrival fuel; manually entering FOB is not required.
  • Captures fuel at OUT and IN, with an early engine-start fallback when the OUT measurement is unavailable. Arrival fuel is retained while a delayed report is pending, preventing later refuelling or APU burn from changing that flight.
  • Reports consistently use kilograms internally and invariant, kilogram-precision values on existing history interfaces, regardless of the CDU KG/LB setting.
  • Corrects truncated remaining-fuel display and includes all tanks through the shared PSX fuel parser.
  • Retains measured endpoints in saved flight state and clears them on a new flight. Missing measurements remain unknown.
  • Includes the previously staged 10.7.3 fuel-truck release and completion-settlement changes.

Existing historical records are unchanged. Flights need this client running through departure and arrival to capture both endpoints. No portal deployment or simulator installation changes are required.

v10.7.312 Sep 2026 5.3 MBDownload
Before installing: Install between flights. Existing releases without an updater need a one-time manual installation. Validate EFB 10.2.4, BACARS 10.7.3, Orchestration 10.0.5 and Stream Deck 10.0.1 together. Multi-simulator GSX visual acceptance is still required before publication.

What changed

BACARS 10.7.3

  • Releases the Orchestration fuel vehicle after fuel completion settles.
  • Ensures a completed fuel operation cannot release or clear preparation belonging to a newer fuelling operation.

Review status

Built from the current local working tree, including uncommitted changes. Automated/package validation is recorded separately; live visual acceptance is not claimed.

v10.7.207 Sep 2026 5.3 MBDownload
Before installing: Update between flights: installation closes BACARS and disconnects services. Older releases without the updater need a one-time manual installation.

What changed

BACARS 10.7.2

  • Adds portal-backed update checking when Settings opens, with confirmed download, installation and restart.
  • Verifies package size, checksum and updater compatibility; retains backups and rolls back if updated startup fails.
  • Prevents a second updater-enabled BACARS instance from starting on the same PC.
  • Simplifies update status and shows download/cancel controls only when relevant.
  • Improves Settings heading spacing and password reveal button sizing.

Existing BACARS releases without the updater require a one-time manual installation. Update between flights: installation closes BACARS and disconnects its services. The updater only offers published releases; staging alone does not make this version available automatically.

v10.7.106 Sep 2026 5.3 MBDownload
Before installing: Update EFB 10.2.2, BACARS 10.7.1, Orchestration 10.0.1, MSFS Client 10.5.2, MSFS Router 10.5.1, SimObject Router 10.5.1 and WASM package 10.5.3 together for the new ground-service features. Install one complete WASM aircraft variant and restart MSFS. GSX/FSDT model and effect assets are required for their vehicles; visible de-icing spray remains dependent on those assets and is not verified in this release.

What changed

Improves initialized-flight synchronization and turnaround lifecycle handling. Ready to Board is sent to PSX immediately before fuel preparation waits.

Coordinates fuel-vehicle readiness with Orchestration, shares ground-service company selection and relays authoritative turnaround state to the portal.

Adds remote aircraft checkout/save-return and GPS interference controls for the EFB, with context validation and duplicate-command protection. Improves stored ACARS message handling and cancellation of delayed AZF messages when the selected flight changes.
